Twelve Sharp

Stephanie Plum-Bond Enforcement Agent for her cousin Vinnie. She has a hamster, a utilitarian apartment, and a broken toaster. She finds happiness at the bakery.

Joe Morelli- Trenton Cop who is Stephanie’s on-again, off-again boyfriend. He has a dog, nice little house, and a toaster. The Italian Stallion.

Ranger- Security expert and bounty hunter. He moves like smoke and always smells great.

Connie Rosolli- Vinnie’s office manager and junkyard dog. She’s like an Italian Betty Boop.

Lula- Stephanie’s sometime partner. She’s a way-beyond-voluptuous woman who wears four-inch spike heels and sparkly clothing constructed for a much smaller woman.

Vinnie- Stephanie’s cousin on her father’s side. He’s slim and boneless, with slicked-back hair and pointy-toed shoes. He runs the bail bonds company where Stephanie works.

Joyce Barnhardt- Stephanie’s archenemy.

Lonnie Johnson- FTA, wanted for armed robbery.

Kevin Gallager- FTA, wanted for grand theft auto.

Leon James- FTA, suspected of arson and attempted murder.

Dooby Biagi- FTA who got caught with a hand in the cash and a dime bag of crack.

Caroline Scarzolli- FTA, shoplifter, works in a lingerie and gadget shop.

Melvin Pickle- FTA, caught behaving indecently in the Multiplex. File clerk for Vinnie.

Charles Chin- FTA who embezzled close to $15,000 from one of the local banks.

Bernard Brown– Low-bond FTA who got drunk at Marilyn Gorley’s wedding. He accidently set the banquet hall and his hair on fire, while holding his lighter aloft during a John Lennon song.

Mary Lee Truk- FTA, stabbed her husband in the left buttock during a domestic disturbance.

Luis Quinn- FTA picked up for solicitation.

Marjorie Lando- She works behind the counter at the bakery.

Tank- He’s in charge at Rangeman charge with Ranger out of town. Lula's big ‘ol honey bear.

Grandma Mazur- Stephanie’s Grandma. She loves going to viewings at the funeral home and hates it when it’s a closed casket. She looks like a soup chicken and sometimes dresses like Madonna.

Ruth Biablocki- Her granddaughter works at the bank.

Bob- Morelli’s big, orange, fluffy dog. He loves everyone and eats everything.

Carmon Manos- She’s crazy stressed and crazy crazy. She dresses all in black like Ranger.

Mary Lou Molnar- Stephanie’s best friend.

Honest Dan- The used car man.

Mrs. Bestler- Nice old lady who lives in Stephanie’s building. She likes to play elevator operator.

Rex- Stephanie’s Hamster and roommate.

Catherine Machenko- She has the honor of being the first one to be laid out at the funeral home under its new owners.

Dolly- She did Catherine Machenko’s hair.

Dave Nelson- Gay mortician who use to be a wrestler.

Scooter- Dave’s partner. He makes cookies for the viewings.

Mrs. Plum- Stephanie’s Mom. Her daughter is a bounty hunter and her mother is Grandma Mazur. She extorts good behavior from them with pineapple upside down cakes, it’s all she can do.

Constantine Stiva- The Burg’s ex-funeral director who’s a little insane and has a homicidal past. He's spending his remaining years away from Grandma Mazur in maximum security at Rahway prison.

Mr. Plum- Stephanie’s father. He’s retired from post office and drives a cab part-time. He gets away from Grandma Mazur by playing cards at the lodge.

Valerie- Stephanie’s sister.

Julie Martine- Ranger's 10 year old daughter.

Oswald- Trenton Police Officer.

George Panko- Applied for a bounty hunter job opening at Vinnie’s office.

Becky Willard- Applied for the bounty hunter job. She’s picky about her latte’.

Anton Rudder- Applied for the bounty hunter job. He wants to put law-breakers in the trunk of  his car.

Martin Dorn- Applied for the bounty hunter job wearing a magic marker mustache. He went to bounty hunter school on the internet.

Brendan Yalenowsk- Applied for the bounty hunter job. He looks forward to shooting some people.

Salvatore Sweet- AKA Sally Sweet. He drives a school bus by day and plays guitar in a rock band at night.

John Nash- Bond enforcement agent from Virginia.

Merle Greber- He lives two houses down from Mary Lee Truk.

Eddie Gazarra- Trenton Cop and good friend to Stephanie. He married Stephanie’s cousin, Shirley-the-Whiner.

Rachel Martine- Julie Martine’s Mom and Ranger’s ex-wife.

Ronald Martine- Rachel Martine’s current husband.

Grandma Rosa- Ranger’s Grandma.

Lorraine- Carmen Manoso’s friend.

Sasha- Carmen Manoso’s friend.

Dan Whitten- Security Guard at the Potomac Mill Mall.

Edward Scrog- Ex-security guard, wanna-be bounty hunter, and total nut case.

Hal- One of Ranger’s Men.

Zak Campbell- Tank and Ranger apprehended him two years ago.

Meri Maisonet- The only qualified applicant for the bonty hunter job. She does some phone work for Stephanie.

Mrs. Kessman- Recently deceased who will have snickerdoodles for her viewing.

Mr. Stanko- He will have big-chunk chocolate chip cookies for his viewing.

Loraine Shlein- Grandma Mazur’s friend.

Ella- Ranger's Housekeeper. She sometimes shops for clothing for Stephanie.

Manuel Ramos- One of Ranger’s men.

Zero- One of Ranger’s men.

Gail Mangianni- ER nurse at Saint Francis Hospital.

Marty- Stephanie’s Cousin. He’s married to Gail Mangianni’s sister.

Rhodenbarr- A suit from out of town.

Joe Juniak- He’s just been appointed Emperor of the Universe.

Roy- One of Ranger’s men.

Lucille Plum- Vinnie’s Wife.

Harry the Hammer- Lucille’s father. He doesn’t like it when Lucille’s not happy.

Sunny Raspich- EMT.
